Last week we took a trip out to Utah to do some visiting and we got the chance to do a little photo shoot of the two newcomers to the family. We also got a few of Gavin who was not the most thrilled about some of the picture taking, but was a good sport. Enjoy!
We finally got some new pics of Laynie. She has been a real stinker lately and it has been extremely difficult to get her to stop for anything let alone pictures. Enjoy!
This morning we took some senior pictures of Nicole. Yesterday, we were really worried about the wind. Today, we had no problems with wind, but oh boy was it cold! Nicole was such a good sport, but I'm surprised she didn't freeze to death. We'll hope for warmer weather next time. Enjoy!
We did Britney's studio pictures today. She had such pretty dresses and it was a lot of fun seeing her personality shine through in them. Here's a little sneak peek. Hope you like them Britney!

I had to add a couple more pictures. I just love how they turned out, and I hope the Taylor's like them too!
Today, we had a great time doing some senior pictures and some family pictures. We started out this morning with senior pictures for Britney and had a blast taking them. Laynie was so wore out after the fact, that she didn't make it home before she fell asleep. It was little rough on her. She tripped a few times and managed to scrape up her face and get a bloody nose, but it didn't crush her spirits too much. Britney was so fun to work with. She is a very athletic softball player, so we got some great shots out on the field.
Later this afternoon, we met up with the Taylor's and had a great session with them as well. I'll admit, we were a little worried about a family full of boys, but they were all so awesome and enthusiastic! Everyone was so fun and easy to work with. That's what makes photography enjoyable.
Not much new here. Been stuck in the office for the most part but I did get a chance to go check out a really cool area. If you can imagine a typical Nevada valley, you know it's huge with a long, straight road through it. Now maybe 10 miles away from the road is a huge orangish rock formation jutting out of the valley bottom. At the base of the rock is a really nice spring with water gushing out of the ground and all around the rock formation is water seeping out. That is about what this place looks like. It is a really cool area and I only managed to take one picture at the site. Just one of the many little treasures in Nevada. Enjoy!
Hope you enjoy my photos. I will be posting new pictures as I take them.
