My Work Friends

Everyday at work I get the chance to see really cool things. The other day I got to see something that still just gets me. I have never seen a badger that was not mad just because I looked at it. That day, I managed to see two badgers. One I almost ran over and obviously it was not happy with me. The second one had no care in the world that I was there. I even had lunch with it. I saw it as I was driving, so I slowly pulled up to it. It watched me a little and went about its business. So I got the camera and began inching closer to it. It would look at me but never acted afraid. I got up to around 10 feet of it (No joke!). I sat and took pictures and video of it. I even laid on the ground that close to it just to get a better angle. I sat in the the truck and ate lunch and it would walk up to the truck and wander around it. Really strange for a badger, but really cool. Here are some pictures of my new friend. Enjoy!

Later that day, my coworker and I found a small pond with some cinnamon teal on it. They are beautiful birds and they made for some great pictures.

Addie's First Birthday

This morning we had the opportunity to take pictures of Miss Adaleigh. She just turned one and is such a little cutie full of peronality! Here is a little peek of her cute pictures...

Attitude Dance Studio

Here are the dance pictures as promised. We had a lot of fun with this session. We had emotions from one extreme to the other. The younger girls wanted nothing to do with getting their pictures taken. There were a few tears and two of them outright refused. Then the older girls were so excited they couldn't hold still or wanted to do pose after pose. It was definitely a new experience for us, but they all turned out so cute. Here are a few of our favorites...

Englestead Family Photoshoot

About a week ago, we had the chance to go and take family photos for my coworkers family. They just had a new baby on Christmas day and wanted to get some pictures of them all together. We spent about an hour and a half at their house and got a lot of great pictures. Here is a sample of some of them. Also, stay tuned because we will be taking pictures for a dance studio here in town one the 5th. It will be a new experience and I just had to get some new equipment for the shoot. Thanks Babe!
